ABOUT ANMORE, BC

The Village of Anmore is a tranquil neighbourhood nestled amongst trees and nature and is located next to the City of Port Moody. Anmore features several half duplex’s, single-family homes, and luxury estates on expansive greenbelt lots.

Anmore is a wonderful spot to live or visit if you are an outdoor enthusiast. This beautiful neighbourhood is home to many hiking and biking trails and Buntzen Lake Recreation Area. Buntzen Lake features several trails with a variety of difficulty levels, the most popular trails include Buntzen Lake Trail, Eagle Bluff Trail and Diez Vistas Trail which features breathtaking views of Indian Arm. This recreation area is great for kayaking, canoeing and picnics. It’s a popular destination in the summer so be sure to get there early before it fills up! If you have a furry friend, you’ll want to check out Bunzten Lake dog park and designated swimming area.

Due to its private nature, Anmore’s closest grocery and shopping plazas are in Newport Village located in North Shore Port Moody (approximately 10 minutes away) and Suter Brook Village (approximately 15 minutes away) located in Port Moody Centre.

ANMORE ACTIVITIES

Residents of Anmore live within close proximity to some of the best outdoor activities the Tri-Cities has to offer. Including, Buntzen Lake Recreation area which offers several walking and hiking trails, a dog park, large beach, and lake, perfect for swimming, kayaking and canoeing. Residents are a quick drive to multiple trails and parks, Newport Village, and Suter Brook Village which offer great options for grocery shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, beauty salons, banking and much more.

ANMORE TRANSIT

There are two main buses that run from Moody Centre Station through Anmore. The closest Skytrain station is Inlet Centre station which is a 15-minute drive from central Anmore.
